In October 1987 the building was
presented as a palace with a monumental
neo-baroque style. The shape of the facility
and eclectic interiors qualified for high-end
art, characterized by a rich interior
(especially in the ballroom). Another
Distinguishing feature of this property is
interesting integration into the landscape.
Palace is located on a hill surrounded by a
beautiful park. Architecturally, on a whole it
is characterized by high-end functionality of
the palace and park. The northern part of
the palace is the main body and two wings,
partial basement, two-storey with
three-storey towers at the corners of the
body and four-storey towers at the extreme
corners of the wings of the courtyard.
The southern part of the quadrangle
building is close to the main entrance gate
to the courtyard side of the building and the
side part cellars.
The north core is stately palace rooms, and
the southern core of the building has living
quarters on two floors with an attic.
Building palatial cover, the mansard rooves
are made of ceramic tiles of `Monastic 38`
and helmets semicircular towers of `carp`
tiles and lead sheet. The inner courtyard is
paved with cobblestones and granite
building complex of the early
twentieth century palace is unique in
Western Pomerania. It has great
functionality, beautiful solid architectural
shapes and good integration into the
surrounding landscape. The palace and
park complex is located close to the lake
and in the immediate proximity to the state
forest and the ski slope. Another advantage

conferences, training sessions, business

in the courtyard. Another attraction may be
horseback riding in the park and the
surrounding area. Building is a good solid
construction, renovation needed on interior
and part of roof, cellar renovated, no water
in building, a good price of 1 million euros
with 1 million euros to completely renovate
it. Building was used as a hospital for
German Woman to raise the pure race
German Children during the war.
